I'm All In, Are YOU? Campaign

Double the Impact of your Gift

Give NOW before June 5th to take advantage of this generous opportunity

Let's finish what we started - complete Phases II & III

Let's Finish Phases II & III.

Your gift before June 5th will be doubled. Be ALL IN!

The Reimagine Magnolia Village project is delighted to share that two donors have offered to match any future donations up to $20,000. Their generosity is all in the effort to complete Phases II & III of the beautification project.

We are so close.

With your gift (that will be doubled if donated on or before June 5th), you will ensure new tables, chairs, red umbrellas, and maintenance activities are purchased, installed, and completed on West McGraw Street between 33rd and 35th Avenue West.

We are very hopeful that the "I'm All In, Are YOU" fundraising campaign is going to get us over the finish line and we can complete the streetscape improvements.

If you have been in the Village, you have seen what donors have already accomplished. Together, we have improved sidewalk safety over three blocks. New poles are up and trees planted, the benches have been refurbished and installed, and stunning flower baskets and inspirational banners have been hung.

All we need now is your support and we can purchase the very popular tables, chairs, and umbrellas.

When we kicked off our fundraising efforts back in October 2019, we used the phrase "Let's get it started." Today, we ask you to be all in to finish Phases II & III by doubling your donation if you give on or before June 5th.

Please share this time sensitive and lucrative matching donation offer with all your neighbors and friends. Let's complete Phases II & III of the Reimagine Magnolia Village project and double your generous gift. Donate here.
Thank YOU and Appreciation to Magnolia Garden Center and Chuck & Margaret Flaherty

If you were in the Village on the morning of Wednesday, May 5th, you may have seen the sights and heard the sounds of flower basket hanging! Special thanks and kudos to Chuck and Ben of Magnolia Garden Center who not only donated all of the flower baskets and hangers, but served as the intrepid installers of the cascading blossoms and blooms on the decorative poles.

We are lucky to enjoy the generosity of Magnolia Garden Center and owners, Chuck and Margaret Flaherty. They donated the flowers, hangers, and water last year as well as this year. They store maintenance equipment for the Magnolia Beautification Committee, which Chuck serves on. They have also donated hoses and other items for the volunteers who have been cleaning our streetscape improvements. Chuck, Margaret, and the fine crew at Magnolia Garden Center provide an immense amount of time, treasure, and energy in supporting the beautification project. A big thank you in appreciation of civic service and quality products!
Volunteers Join Together to Clean Jaunty Red Umbrellas

Saturday, May 1st was a fruitful day for volunteers who joined together to clean the red umbrellas and the tables and chairs that dot the sidewalk along West McGraw between 32nd and 33rd Avenue West. Many of the volunteers were Magnolia Chamber of Commerce board members as well as students from local schools and other community members. We can't thank our volunteers enough for donating their scrubbing talents and good cheer all in the effort to maintain our streetscape improvements. We also want to thank Petite Pierre Bakery, Magnolia Garden Center, Bartells, and the Magnolia Starbucks. Our volunteers enjoyed some delectable scones and delicious coffee, while using sturdy brushes, hoses, and sprayers that made the cleanup project easy and fun. We love loving local!
