March 2020 Newsletter
Hello from all of us at Generations! It's hard to believe this is our first newsletter of the year. Let's take a look back at 2019 before we dive into what's new for 2020...

Last year, we made many enhancements to Generations Homecare System. See below for a few highlights.

We raised the bar around security using top-of-the-line data hosting services to protect client data. We're proud to be the leading technology solution when it comes to high security standards.

We expanded reporting functionality in Generations by adding tools for readmission tracking.

We built Electronic Visit Verification interfaces to meet state-specific requirements in the United States.

We also closed out 2019 with an average rating of 4.5 stars out of 5 for the Generations Mobile App for care teams. In comparison, mobile apps from other leading homecare software companies ended the year with a median monthly rating of 3 stars. Your ratings and reviews continue to help us perfect the app and we owe our success to you!

We can't wait to see what we can accomplish together this year.
