Dear Residents -

Happy Passover and Happy Easter to all those who celebrate. With the arrival of these two holidays, I feel like spring has finally sprung.

With the expansion of vaccine eligibility and the opening up of the new mass vaccination site at Rockland Community College, the vaccine is now widely available to most New Yorkers who want it. With this, I am eagerly anticipating the return of gatherings with family and friends.

With the better weather right around the corner, please check out all the great programs that the Orangetown Parks and Recreation has to offer in its Spring 2021 Recreation booklet

For those who want to see the Easter Bunny, the Pearl River Chamber of Commerce will be escorting the Easter Bunny through the streets of Pearl River on Saturday, April 3rd. Orangetown Police and yours truly will be leaving from the Pfizer parking lot at 4:15pm.

We hope to see you out on the route. Feel free to don your best Easter bonnet and don’t forget to bring a smile and a wave for the Easter Bunny!

Regards,
Teresa M. Kenny
