The OVPR, RSC, and OSP COVID-19 FAQ pages are continually updated, so please check regularly for the most up-to-date information.
Sponsor Updates
eRA Commons Username

NIH, AHRQ, FDA, and VA issued NOT-OD-21-109 requiring an eRA Commons username for all individuals listed on the R&R Senior/Key Person Profile for proposals due on or after January 25, 2022. The Commons ID must be entered in the "Credential, e.g. agency login" field.

To get applicants accustomed to this change, proposals submitted after April 21, 2021 will receive a warning if a valid eRA Commons username is not provided for Key Personnel for submissions with due dates on or after May 25, 2021.

Submit an ERA Help Ticket to Request System Access for individuals that will be listed in the Key Personnel section of proposals submitted to NIH, AHRQ, FDA, and VA.

NIH Other Support

NIH issued NOT-OD-21-110 delaying the required implementation of Other Support to January 25, 2022.

The template is not required, but is encouraged, for proposals due on or after May 25, 2021.
Please see the template and instructions for this new form. You must disclose all research endeavors regardless of the version of the forms used.
