WEEKLY UPDATE OF HIGH HOLIDAY INFORMATION
We are very excited about our plans for this year's High Holidays, which will be conducted online via a combination of streaming, Zoom conferencing, and prerecorded segments.

During the month of Elul, we will be providing classes in preparation for the holidays. We will also have sessions to help everyone to be comfortable navigating the streaming and zoom programs for services.

Look for the following

  • Daily morning minyan including the blowing of the shofar. A wonderful way to start your day...
  • A Holiday Virtual Greeting which you can participate in. Look for an email from the Rabbi shortly.
  • A daily word to help us contemplate about the meaning of the Holy Days.

We look forward to a memorable Yom Tov with Rabbi Jay and our Hazzan for the coming holidays, Sara Geller. Hazzan Geller will be joining us for services this Friday night at 6:00 PM so be sure to connect with this link: FRIDAY NITE SERVICES

We look forward to your joining us for Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur during the Days of Awe celebration.  Please let us know if you need any additional information or assistance.

HIGH HOLIDAY PRAYER BOOKS (MAHZORS)

This year we will be using Mahzor Lev Shalem, a new Conservative mahzor
for Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur with gender neutral translation and running commentaries that explain each prayer.

We have made arrangements to make the prayer book available to you electronically. As the service this year has been abbreviated. ticket holders will also receive a worship service schedule with page numbers.

For those who want a hard copy of the Mahzor, we are making them available through the synagogue discount. If you would like your own prayer book, please respond to the office with this link OFFICE EMAIL by 8/20/20. The cost of the book is $30.00 plus shipping fees.
REMEMBER THIS YEAR THAT YOU HAVE A FRONT ROW SEAT

We are bringing you up to the Bimah with our High Holiday Services. Imagine being right there as the Torah is being read. What an experience for you and your family. Here is Rabbi Jay with the yad (pointer) as Aaron Lombardi reads last week's Torah portion.
