If you are a Gen-Z or Millennial ministry leader (ages 18-40) in a Transformation Ministries (TM) church, we have a special one day event just for you hosted by Eric Holmstrom of Purpose Church and Jody Livingston of High Desert Church. On Thursday, September 16, 2021 at Thousand Pines Christian Camp in Crestline, CA, we will gather together as the next generation of leaders, serving in various roles in the church, and we want you to join us. You will experience two general sessions on the topics of ‘leading when you’re not in charge’ and ‘the comparison trap’ and be led in worship by the Hillside Church Worship Team. Then you will be able to participate in two breakout sessions on topics most interesting to you. Our breakout topics are about multi-ethnic ministry, youth and young adults, longevity in ministry, and what post-Covid ministry will look like. We will also have lots of free time to enjoy the coffee shop, paintball, play basketball, rock wall, zipline and more. It’s time for the next generation of TM ministry leaders to connect, learn from one another, and build meaningful friendships that will help us all do ministry better and longer.
