Season's Greetings from the Harraseeket Inn! Hard to believe the holidays are upon us and 2019 is drawing to a close. We've had a great year and hope you have, too. Sparkle Weekend just gets better and better every year, and it was great to see all the familiar faces and be a part of the festive reunions that take place annually among friends and family here at the inn. If you've never been to Freeport in December, or enjoyed the festivities of Sparkle Celebration, you should make a special trip just to get in the holiday spirit.
 Still searching for the perfect gift for that special someone who has everything? We offer gift certificates in any amount, good for lodging or meals, and there's NO expiration date! What could be any easier than that? Just call our front desk at 800-342-6423 and we'll send them out the next day to you or directly to the recipient. There's still plenty of time to get them in the mail and our tavern chefs are standing by to prepare your favorite people their favorite meal.

What better way to celebrate the season than to spend the day whittling down your shopping list in Freeport Village and then sharing "treasure hunting stories" with friends over afternoon tea, buffet lunch or a leisurely fireside supper in our Broad Arrow Tavern?
Our tavern serves from 11:30 am until 10 pm daily off the menu, as well as offering our very popular luncheon buffet daily, 11:30 until 2, Monday through Saturday. On Sundays we offer up our award-winning Lobster Sunday Brunch from 11:45 until 2 pm featuring all you  can eat fresh Maine Potts Harbor lobster and many other mouth watering creations from our talented chefs. Yum! Brunch reservations are recommended well in advance as we sell out very quickly. (1-800-342-6423) Afternoon tea and our full buffet breakfast is included in the room rate for all guests who book directly with us. Tea is served in our drawing room from 3:30-4 pm Monday through Saturday and 4 to 5 pm Sundays. Breakfast is served daily in our Maine Harvest Dining Room between 7 and 10:30 a.m., and we're open to the public for both afternoon tea and breakfast, if you're in need of an afternoon pick-me-up or a hearty start to your day.
This holiday season we're continuing a special tradition at the Harraseeket Inn. We've put up the Christmas tree decorated with ornaments brought by YOU. If you want to be a part of this special tradition, the next time you visit for a meal or for an overnight stay, whatever time of year it is, bring along an ornament we can display on what has become YOUR Christmas tree. Make sure the ornament has your name and the year you first visited us on it. We started out with a tiny tree on top of the piano years ago but this gorgeous tree has become the biggest and most popular of all, located in our Drawing Room. Enjoy a great selection of family oriented and educational outdoor events planned at the park, and it's just a short drive from the inn. Beautiful wooded walking, snowshoeing and skiing trails along the rugged shoreline of Casco Bay. Stop by Wolfe's Neck Farm while you're out there, say hello to all the animals!
