Hudson Heroes Event
Scottsdale Prep's Danielle Hudson inspired the Spartan community throughout her courageous battle with brain cancer. We hope the entire community will come out to support Hudson Heroes in their upcoming Top Golf event. Please view this flyer for more information on registration.
Picture Retakes -  Friday, November 15th
Lifetouch will be returning to SPA for picture retakes for any student who previously purchased a package and will be returning it on Re-Take day. 
Any student who was absent or enrolled after September 4th will also have their pictures taken to be included in the SPA yearbook.
No picture retakes will be taken without the return of the packaged photos or for a new student ID.  Photos may be ordered online at mylifetouch.com using the  Re-Take Picture Day ID: SR219089Q2.

Great Hearts Parent Education Night
Stress & Coping In Students
Monday, November 18th, from 6 pm - 7 pm, 
at Scottsdale Preparatory Academy. 
Open to all area Great Hearts Schools and will be applicable for K-12th.
What is stress? What does it look like during different developmental stages? This presentation will provide information on what is "typical" for students, and how stress can affect a students daily life. We will look at how environmental factors can play a part, as well explore constructive coping skills that parents can teach their students in order to build a resilient child. The goal is to increase knowledge about stress and coping, provide insight into symptoms, and build skills to support our scholars in managing their feelings.

The yearbook staff needs your help! Please share your amazing photos of Scottsdale Prep students in action.
