What Your Attitude
Does For/Says About You!
In our 35 years of operation we've been fortunate in that we've had opportunity to work with exceptional people.
I've listed some common traits among those who were successful.
We describe "successful" people as those having fun, making money and doin' good. (Also known as high:
quality of life, standard of living and return to community.)
Successful people continually overcome roadblocks, obstacles, difficulties, and negative situations.
There are no stops to determined people, only detours.
Successful people
keep a positive mental attitude with the perspective of "yes, it can be done and yes, they can do it."
Their glass is always half full.
They can always "figure it out."

A not-for-profit cooperative association of independent businesses, founded from an economic development research project on the importance of small business development, conducted by the Houston Chamber of Commerce in the late 1970's.
With our first Co-Op meeting held March 14, 1983, to date we've worked with 45,319+ people, generating 43,518 tips, leads, referrals and items of new business, generating revenues in the hundreds of millions, founded the Entrepreneurial Development Center - Houston's first and Texas' oldest small business incubator, First Houston Small Business Seed Capital Fund - literally the first small business seed capital fund in Houston, the Womens Business Center - first business incubator for women business owners in the country and the Virtual Business Center - the first remote business incubator in the world - all totally without public funding, grants, gifts, donations or contributions.
Further, Co-Op companies have won virtually every award for business growth in Houston, some nationally and some even internationally.
We've been recognized as "an industry leader and pioneer in small business incubation" by the National Business Incubation Association, "One of Houston's core entrepreneurial groups" by the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation and here are but a few of the many other endorsements given us.
We grow companies, advance careers and move new ideas forward.
