PPP Extension Act of 2021

Today, the Senate passed the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) Extension Act of 2021, which will now be sent to the White House for the President’s signature.

Under the PPP Extension Act, the deadline for applications to be submitted to the SBA will be May 31, 2021, and the SBA will then have until June 30, 2021, to approve the applications.
