We ask that everyone, whether you viewed the webinar or not, review this letter to DHCS regarding the impact of DME rate reductions. The more engaged DME suppliers they hear from, the more likely they are to make changes. Please act today! The petition drive will end at COB on Tuesday 10/22/19.

Important Announcement for Round 2021 Bidders by the CBIC  

Yesterday, the Competitive Bidding Implementation Contractor (CBIC) notified Round 2021 bidders of three important dates regarding their bids. Below is the chart provided by the CBIC that includes the type of notice, date the notice will be available on Connexion, and the deadline for bidders to respond to the notice.

REMINDER
All bidders will be notified of the Notice of Preliminary Bid Evaluation. However, Notice of Covered Document Review Findings and Required Action will only be sent to bidders who submitted a required financial document by the covered document review date.  Notice to Substantiate Your Bid(s) will only be sent to bidders who are asked by the CBIC to verify their bid amount(s). 


Responses to all the notices must be uploaded in Connexion by the deadline-the CBIC is not accepting any other form of communication. 

Bidders will be receiving notifications on their bid evaluation through the email that is recorded in the CMS Enterprise Portal. It is important that bidders maintain the correct email address in the Portal.
