AVTT Traveling Vietnam Wall
The Traveling Vietnam Wall is a scaled-down replica of the permanent Vietnam wall in Washington D.C. The wall arrives in Chillicothe on Thursday, September 20th and will be available for visitors through Sunday, September 23rd. This wall offers visitors the chance to remember, honor and give thanks to those who lost their lives in Vietnam. 
Quilt Show
The Ross County Quilt Guild presents their 35th Annual Quilt Show on Friday, September 21st and Saturday, September 22nd. The event will offer free demonstrations, scissor and knife sharpening, and there will be a raffle for a quilt. 
Harvest Day
Scioto Trail State Park will be hosting "Harvest Day" on Saturday, September 22nd. During the event there will be old-fashioned games for both adults and children, along with hay-rides, vendors and much more. 
Ghost Walk
The annual "Ghost Walk" returns on Saturday, September 22nd in downtown Chillicothe. This self-guided walk will take you inside five-locations where storytellers will share the buildings's haunted history while you see areas that are typically not accessible any other time of the year. Tickets can be purchased online or at Schlegel's Coffee House the day of the event. 
Escape Room at the Library
The Northside Branch Library will be hosting an "Escape Room" event on Saturday, September 22nd. The scenario involves a Zombie Apocalypse and participants will have to solve clues and find a way out before time is up. There are four-time slots available to participate. The mission of the Ross-Chillicothe Convention and Visitors Bureau is the growth and prosperity of area economic development through tourism. The Bureau's primary focus is to assist, attract and educate residents, travelers, and partners. It will function as an economic driver of the hospitality industry in general through promotion of extended or overnight visits to the areas of Chillicothe and Ross County, Ohio.
