I have had a lot of success with selling on Facebook in the Scout Patch Collectors group.  However, the amount of messages that have to go back and forth in order to complete a deal from start to finish is painstaking.  So the solution I've found will allow me to automate that messaging by putting items in a shopping cart and allowing someone to checkout.  It sounds almost too good to be true so I'm going to test it out in a live video Cyber Monday from my warehouse.

Through the holiday I am running a 19% off sale in my largest store category on patchblanket.com.  This sale is live on over 8,000+ items in my store including many of my most expensive pieces.

On my $5 Dollar Patch Store account I have 184 live auctions including camp neckerchiefs, trail patches and OA.  On patchsniper I am running 233 live auctions on OA neckerchiefs and some relists where I had dropped the minimum bid by 15%.  On OApatch I have 129 live auctions on OA with low minimum bids.

I know a few of you enjoy keeping up with the ins and outs of this patch business that I run.  So I'm happy to share that this last week I hired my 2nd part time employee.  She is the mother of one of the girls on my daughter's field hockey team.  Hopefully, with the extra help I can get freed up to dive into the back of the warehouse and get more stuff sorted and listed.

In Charlotte, North Carolina I have an antique mall booth that is filled with nothing but Scouting stuff.  I call this location my clearance center because I've marked down everything to move.  A lot of what you will find there are items that are too bulky to easily ship from an Internet store.  The booth is located in The Sleepy Poet which is a well established antique mall on South Blvd in Charlotte.  The mall is open 7-days/week year round.  So the next time you are in the area come check it out.
