Halloween Carnival in Utah County!

For children with special needs and their families! Join us for a Halloween Carnival hosted by the West Utah County Family to Family Network. We will have games for the whole family and it is an excellent opportunity to meet other families in our community. All families with children who have special needs and their siblings are invited!
