Caring Kitchen News!
At the end of July, The Caring Kitchen meal preparation operation will move to Cason United Methodist Church's kitchen in Delray Beach. Cason UMC is also one of three churches where we provide our noon meal service during the week. All meal preparation etc. will cease at the 196 NW 8th Avenue location as of July 31. The move to Cason UMC's kitchen is temporary, through the beginning of next year. A search for a more permanent space for meal preparation is ongoing.
We are grateful to our friends at Cason for allowing us to use their kitchen to prepare Caring Kitchen meals.
|
Please note: we are no longer accepting clothing or household donations.
|
To anyone planning on dropping off or picking up something from our Administrative Offices, please be aware that Boutwell going south from 10th Avenue in Lake Worth is closed. From 95, you will need to turn left on Barnett at the first stop light, then right on 7th to cross over Boutwell. If you are coming from the south, you can still come north on Boutwell to 7th Avenue. If you have any questions, please call 561-233-9009.
