Liturgy Schedule in Light of Recent SCOTUS Ruling

Friends,

Because of the recent SCOTUS ruling and the Diocesan Guidelines resulting from that ruling, we will move from Mass on the Plaza back to Mass in the Church.

We begin with Mass on Tuesday, February 9, at 9:30am.

The times of the Masses will remain the same through the month of February:

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays – 9:30am (no reservations required)

  • Saturday Vigil Mass – 3:00pm
  • Sundays – 8:30am, 10:30am, 1:00pm (Vietnamese)
  • Weekend Masses require reservations: cutt.ly/stmoside

  • Confessions – Saturdays, 11:30am; Sundays, 2:00pm (Vietnamese)

Ash Wednesday – Liturgy of the Word with Blessing and Imposition of Ashes –

  • 9:30am
  • Noon
  • 3:00pm (Vietnamese)
  • 4:30pm

As we move through the month, all will be evaluated before we make plans for March. Also, we want to take some time to re-evaluate, if there may be any government rulings that might, once again, affect our activities.

Your continued cooperation and support in these uncertain times are greatly appreciated!

Parish Office Closure Update

Friends,

As many of you know, we have closed the Parish Office this week. We have done so out of abundant caution.

Recently, I tested positive for the COVID-19 virus…the effects of the virus are well behind me and I am feeling much better, but I will be quarantining at the rectory for the next 14 days.

My fur buddy, Izzy, is really getting tired of looking at me! HA!

One other Staff member also has tested positive.

So, I thought it best, that we allow the environment “to rest.”

The office space and the entire building has been sanitized, and the Staff is watching and taking care of their health.

Staff members are working from home, except for those who do need to be in the office.

We all are doing fine, and all “is under control.”

It is important that you are aware of this, in order to be confident that all is well.

Take Care! Hang Tough! Stay Sweet!
Hang on to Jesus…
