Color Wars was the primary focus during  Week 6.  Our campers took the competition very seriously by coordinating monochrome outfits and face paint to rack up points for their team!

Look out for Week 7. It's Shark Week and our activities will revolve around learning about our relatively dangerous fishy friends. We will have several activities set to make sure our campers have a wonderful camp experience while learning interesting facts about Sharks.

Come One, Come All to Our Family (Night) Fundraiser
>
Aug. 10, 6:30-8 p.m.
Come out to the Renaissance Camp Faire

Come to visit Camp Zehnder for our fourth family night of the year! This family night doubles as a fundraiser and we hope to have the highest turnout of this camp season. All week campers will collaborate with staff to create fun-filled activities for everyone! There are plenty of opportunities to win prizes and all of the proceeds will go directly to our camper scholarship program. Not only will the Renaissance Faire be a great time, it's also supporting a great cause.

Heroes and Cool Kids!
Shout out to our visitors from the Heroes and Cool Kids organization, Zach Flaherty from the Dallas Cowboys and Michael Spence from the NBA, who presented to our campers this week. Their messages of perseverance and positivity made a great impact . At the Y, we value caring, honesty, respect and responsibility, so we appreciate you sharing these stories with us!
