Family Navigator
25 hours/week

Worcester Office

The Family Navigator works with families whose youth enter the juvenile courts and agree to access clinical and informal supports and services as part of diversion.  The Family Navigator provides information, completes a formal assessment, refers youth and family to needed services and monitors progress. Most of the work is done at the juvenile courts in North Central MA.

Must be willing and able to work with families with a high level of need and often in stressful situations.  2  years or more experience in a family support role is strongly preferred.

This person must have experience that is gained by parenting or care giving a child or youth with emotional, behavioral or mental health needs.  This is a 25 hour per week position in the juvenile courts in North Central Mass.  Must have access to reliable transportation.

Office Manager
20-25 hours/week

Boston Office

The Office Manager is responsible for creating an efficient and welcoming office environment.  The Office Manager must be organized, energetic and relentless about getting things done.  This person will have responsibilities for administrative and personnel duties and work with the accountant to maintain smooth financial routines.

This is a 20-25 hour per week position. Must have access to reliable transportation.

Multicultural Outreach Specialist
20 hours/week

Boston Office

The Multicultural Outreach Specialist is responsible for building relationships with families of diverse cultures as well as coordinating other outreach activities. The Multicultural Outreach Specialist will recruit families and help deliver trainings on a variety of topics to increase their knowledge and skills.  This person must have a connection to one or more diverse communities in the greater Boston area in order to take off and begin the outreach work asap.

This is a 20 hour a week position. Lived experience with diverse community a must. Bilingual preferred.

Data Specialist
15-20 hours/week

Boston Office

The Data Specialist is a part time position responsible for entering data, helping to analyze data base information and survey data and able to create reports for funders.  The Data Specialist will lead in helping staff increase their data literacy.  This person must be flexible and have excellent organizational and follow up skills.

This is a 15-20 hour per week position though hours may vary week to week.
