Everyone Counts
2020 Point-In-Time Count
On January 29th and 30th, 2020 we along with community partners including: Wilson County Department of Social Services, The Wesley Shelter, Wilson Police Department, Hope S tation, The Soup Kitchen, The Westview House, St. John’s Community Development Corp. and Wilson Housing Authority set out to participate in the nationwide Point-In-Time Count.

This count helps to find homeless individuals in our county and offer resources to better their lives. Our community uses the information gathered from this event to design and fund programs to better serve the homeless population of Wilson County in hopes that we can help them find a safe place to call home.
United Way of N.C. Awards
Spirit of N.C. Applications
The United Way of North Carolina shows its appreciation each year to different organizations, businesses, and school systems throughout North Carolina to thank them for their support of their local United Way. We were invited to be a part of the judging process in January and we are excited to see the outcomes at their annual meeting in Pinehurst on February 19th, 2020.
