OFFICE HOURS
7:00-3:30 P.M.

Inclement Weather

Ever wonder how, why or if  school  is delayed or canceled due to extreme cold temperatures or other winter weather? Check out the  wind chill information sheet . You can also download the  inclement weather information  sheet to find out more about the process and how the decision is made by our district office officials.

We urge students to wear a coat, winter hats, gloves, heavy coats (layer up) and boots during cold weather.  Frostbite and hypothermia are serious risks as well as potential bus or vehicle trouble to and from school.

In the event school is delayed, cancelled or dismissed early, we will send out an automated text to the primary household cellphone for delays and closings, as well as, post the information on our social media outlets and web page.

An automated text was sent to all households on Saturday, Nov. 9th with a reminder of the craft fair.    If you did not received a text message from us,  please make sure we have your correct cell phone number on file AND that you have not opted out of receiving text messages.  If you think you may have opted out and would like to receive text messages from us, text Subscribe Boone to 23177.

CASE Assessments

Students will be taking the Math CASE Assessments in Algebra I, Geometry and Algebra II this week.

English I and II CASE Assessments will be conducted Dec 9-13.

CASE assessments are benchmark tests that provides information for teachers to guide instruction, to monitor student learning, and to predict how well students will perform on state tests.

These benchmarks are essentially summative assessments (administered several times a year) that are used for formative purposes to help guide instruction.
