About our speaker: Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay area, Ashley Jernigan moved to Montgomery to attend Alabama State University and graduated with a degree in Communications & Public Relations. Before even graduating, Ashley began her career as the Assistant Private Events Director at a national private club corporation and held multiple positions before becoming one of the youngest Private Events Director in the company. While working full time, Ashley attended Georgia State University and received an MBA then moved on to direct all the marketing efforts for one of the largest restaurants and property management companies in the River Region. After nearly a decade of service in the hospitality industry, Ashley started her own Hospitality Consulting Business, JDB Hospitality, LLC, which specializes in event management, brand awareness, marketing and public relations.
