Curriculum Night Tonight!
6pm-7:30pm
Please join us tonight, August 23rd, for Scottsdale Prep's annual Curriculum Night, where parents have an opportunity to meet teachers and hear about the curriculum for the year. The event begins promptly at 6 p.m. and will span until 7:30 p.m. Please plan to park in the Scottsdale Prep or Archway Scottsdale lots for this event, and entry will be possible through the front and back doors. This event is open only to parents/guardians - please no students on campus.

High School Class T-Shirts On Sale Through Midnight Tonight - August 23!!
Class T-shirts are now available to order! Our Senior Class of 2019 is running the sale this year to raise funds for its upcoming senior trip.
This student-initiated tradition continues to offer our high school students the extra uniform opportunity for a class T-shirt to be worn each Friday during the school year.

Middle School Swim Social 
Join in the fun at the annual back to school Middle School Swim Social at McDowell Mountain Aquatics Center on Sunday, August 26th from 3-5 pm. Costs $7 cash at the door. International Travel

New Trip Date: June 3- 12, 2019

Our next summer trip "France to Spain" has been moved to June 2019! Find out about this international travel opportunity: France to Spain in June of 2019! Experience both countries in all forms as students experience each area's distinct art, cuisine, historical significance and one-of-a-kind architecture!
I will be hosting an informational meeting on
Tuesday, August 28, at 6:00 pm, at the school to provide more details about this opportunity and answer any questions you may have. There is limited space on the trip and enrollment will be open at the end of the meeting.

Drop-Off/Pick-Up Reminders
A gentle reminder that all students who do not drive are to be dropped off at the back of the building. Once the front door is locked prior to the start of the school day students will be asked to walk around on the paved walkway on the side of SPA. Pick-up of students at the end of day is also to be at the back of the building for the safety of SPA students. Thank you!

Welcome back to school, students and parents! Clipping Box Tops is an easy way to help earn cash for our school. Each one is worth 10¢ for our school! Just look for the pink Box Tops on hundreds of products. Last school year, we earned $321.00 for our school from Box Tops alone! Please clip, check expiration date, trim and place in the marked bin on wall next to the front desk at school. Thank you for supporting SPA in every way!

Football Game Volunteer
High School Students, here's a great opportunity to get your Community Service Hours! Be a volunteer at the football games, cheer on our Spartan football team and get service hour credits while doing so! Some of the volunteer opportunities include working concessions, being on the field providing water to the players or, if you're really talented and creative, being the music DJ for the home games!
