EPIPHANY UMC SERVING OPPORTUNITIES

We have several opportunities coming up very soon. Look below and see how you would like to get involved as ministry opportunities begin to open back up.

SUPER SERVICE SATURDAY

Put May 8th on your calendar for Super Service Saturday! Here is what we are going to be doing:

1) World Vision 6K: We will host a GLOBAL 6K FOR WATER to support the ministry of WorldVision. We will be doing this at the church at 8AM. Sign-up will go live next week. You can walk or run! All registrations will go towards supporting the ministry of WorldVision.

2) Our wonderful Jane Lee is our church representative for the New Life Furniture ministry. We have set up a Fill-the-Truck event where we fill up a truck with our used furniture! So I am giving you time to prepare for this! With all this pandemic/social distancing/isolationism we have been going through, I am sure some of your mattresses and furniture have been used! As we look to Super Service Saturday and the glorious Spring weather, start thinking now about what you would like to replace in your home! Look at this flyer to know what to do to set up an appointment with New Life Furniture to pick up your furniture on Super Service Saturday HERE

3) From 10am -12 noon we will have a car wash at the church where you can drop off items for the Loveland Food Pantry and get your car washed. We are creating picnic bags for the Loveland Food Pantry for this event. They switched from the weekend bags to picnic bags since school will soon be out for summer. The list is mainly condiments and spices that are always in great demand at the pantry, especially during the summer months. Here is a list of what you can donate:

SUMMER AND FALL MISSION TRIPS

MEMPHIS AND CLEVELAND

All students currently in 6th-8th grade are invited to attend our Cleveland mission trip scheduled for June 13-19. All students in High School or college are invited to attend our Memphis mission trip scheduled for July 17-23. We will also need adults for both trips. HOUSE OF HOPE in MEXICO

We will be back with House of Hope in Nuevo Progreso, Mexico on November 3-7, 2021. If you are interested in this mission trip please contact Jim Currier as he is getting a team together for this awesome opportunity. His email is edmgr1@gmail.com.
