Reunions Updates
Plans are underway for reunions for the Classes of 1970, 1994 and 2009!

REGISTRATION DEADLINE EXTENDED! Class of 1994 - REGISTER for 25th Class Reunion by THIS Saturday, February 15th!
The reunion will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2020, at 6:30 pm at Moretti's Ristorante and Pizzeria in Rosemont, IL. The cost is $50 per person (including tax and gratuity) and includes salad, appetizers, beverages, and TWO drink tokens for cocktail/beer/wine of your choice.

Galentine's Day, Friendship & What We LOVE!
Since Catholic Schools Week, students and staff have been
expressing "What We Love" about each other on a display in our library corridor. And, in a celebration of friendship, the Resurrection Library and Student Council hosted a Galentine's day event yesterday with pizza, crafts, and treats.

Bandits Athletic News
Bandits Bowling is one step away from State! They advanced out of regionals last weekend, and will compete in the State sectionals
this Saturday, February 15, 2020
, at Sunset Lanes in Waukegan from 9 am to 4 pm. If the team is able to finish in the top four, they will head to State!
Bandits Basketball will be hosting regionals at Resurrection! The team's first round game will be Tuesday February 18, 2020, at 6 pm. If they win, the regional final will be Friday, February 21, 2020, at 7 pm. $5 entry fee to all regional and sectional games.

Winter/Spring Adult Spirituality Course
Christianity and Discipleship
in our Postmodern World
Tuesday evenings from 6:30 to 8:30 pm
February 18 and March 3, 17 & 31, 2020
All adults are welcome to join Resurrection faculty member
Mr. Mike Longo for a winter/spring adult spirituality course. The course will explore the world in which Jesus was born, lived and died in order to help
us
understand what it means to follow Jesus in our multicultural society. The books for the course include the following:
The Universal Christ
by Richard Rohr and
Jesus: A Very Brief History
by Helen Bond.

Parents Club Raising Cane's Fundraiser
On Wednesday, February 26, 2020, support the
Parents Club Raising Cane's Dine & Share Fundraiser
from noon to 8 pm at the Harwood Heights location at 7306 W. Lawrence Avenue. Mention the fundraiser and 15% of sales will be donated to Resurrection College Prep.

Spring Arts & Crafts Fair

All are welcome to shop from over 130 crafters and vendors for unique Mother's Day gifts, spring seasonal items, housewares, jewelry and tasty treats.
Admission for this school fundraising event:
$5 for adults, $2 for seniors and free for children under age 10.

Game of Tiaras
Resurrection's drama department presents the spring play,
Game of Tiaras. When the aging king of a Magical Kingdom decides to split his empire between his three daughters, Cinderella, Belle, and the Snow Queen (who in no way resembles a copyrighted character), terrible tragedy ensues. Terrible, hilarious tragedy. Combining the gut-wrenching plot twists of Game of Thrones and the soul-numbing despair of Shakespearean tragedy, this adaptation of King Lear will leave you dying with laughter.
Tickets are $7 in advance and $10 at the door for the general public
& $5 for Resurrection students.
