 Common Thread

Get inspired, make connections and learn about all things sustainability at Common Thread, our monthly program at Cooinda Neighbourhood Centre.

On the first Monday of the month, we hold hands on sustainable living workshops on a range of topics. Past events have included bee keeping, gardening, composting, natural burials and making beeswax wraps. Workshops run for an hour and a half and there is a chance to share food and chat to others.

Workshops are usually free, although there is occasionally a small fee to cover the cost of materials or specialist presenters.

These popular workshops can book out quickly. Join the mailing list and be the first to know about upcoming workshops.
