Lawrence Technological University Lecture Series Imani Day EVIDENCE : Inequities in the Built Environment Thurs., March 11 at 6:00PM As architects, we are tasked with protecting the health, safety, and welfare of the public, yet we often overlook aspects of the built environment that are complicit in the uneven allocation of resources in communities of color. This presentation seeks to build a framework for eliminating the choice to ignore these examples by intentionally combating these injustices with design. The talk + Q & A is available via Zoom and YouTube
