Congratulations Certified Schools | TATC 2019 | #MSA2020 Presentations
Congratulations 2019 Certification and Demonstration Schools!
This week, more than 30 schools were named as nationally certified and national demonstration schools. They join more than 100 other previously certified schools that are recognized as the the top magnet schools in the nation.

The schools are located across 10 states: Arizona, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Louisiana, North Carolina, Nevada, South Carolina and Texas. Seventeen of the certified schools also were identified as National Demonstration Schools.

Based on the National Magnet School Standards of Excellence and the five pillars of magnet schools, the MSA certification process defines and ensures these standards as consistent, essential elements and characteristics of high-quality magnet programs.
Congrats to our newest cohort of Certification and Demonstration Schools!
"We are thrilled to see the quality of magnet schools continue to rise across the country," said Kelly Bucherie, Director for Magnet School Leadership at Magnet Schools of America.

Magnet Schools of America’s National Institute for Magnet School Leadership (NIMSL) developed the certification program in 2016 as a roadmap for magnet schools to reach their fullest potential.  Read more about this year's winners and see the full list of certified and demonstration school winners at www.magnet.edu .
