REMINDER from NAR:

All members must complete required NAR Code of Ethics training by December 31, 2021. We are working on a year-round communications plan to help spread the word to members, and will have resources for state and local associations like talking points, PowerPoint slides, and more to help support your communications strategies to your members. We will also follow up on your request to be able to access reports on COE compliance in your state. 

For now, members can easily check their Code of Ethics training status here.

The Code of Ethics is what separates REALTORS® from agents and ultimately ensures fair housing for all. Join us this April 13th as we celebrate Fair Housing Month with an informative, lively, important discussion on fair housing, diversity, equity and inclusion.

Virtual & On-Line Continuing Education Opportunities

Western Upstate Association of Realtors® (WUAR) is extending their member pricing to PDRA members for CE courses taught live, through an interactive Zoom webinar platform, and online classes you can take at your own pace featuring Diane Brouthers. The virtual platform will allow you to experience the training received in a live classroom setting, while at home or in your office. Note: Western Upstate has been approved by the SC Real Estate Commission to offer the virtual classroom option of qualifying and continuing education courses through June 30, 2021.
