Poplar Creek Estates Newsletter
As we welcome a new warm Spring , I offer greetings from the Board of Directors of the Poplar Creek Estates Homeowners Association. It is the hope of the newly installed board to encourage each of you to participate in bettering our community. Whether it is attending our social events such as the Easter egg hunt or block party held annually, or contacting any board member with your ideas or concerns.
This year, we will be especially concentrating on security issues. Keeping our homes and properties safe is important to us all. In the coming months you can expect to see efforts from the board with ideas on how we all can contribute to make our community a safe and terrific place to live. I am looking forward to a great year.

John Alexander, President

Security

Sergeant Linn of MNPS recently visited the subdivision to evaluate the overall security of the neighborhood. Security Details from Sgt Linn.

Lighting is the easiest and cheapest crime deterrent system we have in all our homes. Keep your garages closed when not in use and lock all home and car doors. Learn more from MNPS .

Examples of work requiring approval: new fences, retaining walls, garage doors, she sheds, porticos, PODs etc. When in doubt, please submit a request.

Spring is upon us (so we're told) and soon it will be mowing season again. Please be sure to keep your lawn and flowerbeds neat and tidy.
