In Our Classrooms
Downtown Fun
Second grade traveled to Parkview Field, Indiana Hotel, and the Embassy downtown today. After learning all about Parkview Field and Fort Wayne's TinCaps, they enjoyed a picnic lunch on this beautiful fall day. They walked over to the historic Embassy Theater and enjoyed a behind the scene tour of the theater and learning about what goes into producing different events on stage. They also learning about the history and explored the Indiana Hotel. What a fun day downtown!
Safety Village
The Fort Wayne Police Department taught our kindergartners all about pedestrian safety and stranger danger today at Safety Village. The weather was perfect for their power wheel drive through "Fort Wayne", too.
