Please also promote Veg Fest on your website, to your email lists, and any other way you can think of. Tools for doing so are on the Promote page of the website.

Please RSVP on the Veg Fest Facebook event page. Participants in the event are welcome to promote your participation there. Please also join the Veg Fest Facebook community page. If you would like to drop off some or all of your stuff Friday night, we will be at the park between 2:00-9:00 p.m. for you to do so. Afterward a security guard will be there until the next morning. Drive up Festival Way near Veg Fest Central. The next morning move your stuff from this area to your spot. Please do not actually set up your booth the night before without express permission after you arrive. Your booth may not be safeguarded.

Set up on Saturday starts at 7:00 a.m. I would suggest that you estimate the maximum amount of time you need to set up, add 1/2 hour to that, and show up that amount of time before 9:30 a.m. You will be able to pull up on Festival Way from E. Robinson Street. Please then follow directions to park in the main grass parking area immediately west of Festival Way. Please do not attempt to park in the concrete parking lot just north of E. Robinson Street unless you have been invited to do so. You should unload your vehicle after parking and not on Festival Way itself. Do NOT leave your vehicle on Festival Way. You will block other vendors, get a ticket, or get towed. We will have volunteers floating to watch your stuff and help you move it if necessary, but there may not be enough to assist everyone who needs it. Please help each other out if you can!

Please go to the Vendor Packet page of the website to download and read the Central Florida Veg Fest 2018 vendor information sheet and vendor load-in instructions. The vendor assignments and event map are on the Vendor Packet page of the website. Please cross reference these documents for your location. Sponsors, food court, tent, and table vendors will have their spaces marked (please center the front of your booth on the mark). Other vendors are in various locations that are not as strictly structured. These include: Animal Haven, Artist Corner, Veggie Kids Zone, Humane Education, Mind Body Spirit, Community Market, and Community Garden. 

Vendors in the Food Court and in Tent Vendor spaces #1-40 and #80-94 have access to electricity. However, there are a limited number of electrical outlets. Please bring long extension cords and power strips if you need electricity. Share and cooperate with your neighbors! And limit your use of electricity as much as possible. Otherwise the system will become overwhelmed.
