Stonewall Kitchen is an American made company spanning back to 1991 where it all began at a local farmers market in New Hampshire. This year they are celebrating their 25th anniversary and have expanded to over 450 products! Over the years they have won many awards, including being inducted in 2015 into the Specialty Food Hall of Fame, relocated to Maine, and started a cooking school. A little about Honey Acres history
Bringing you the best in honey and honey products has been the Diehnelt family tradition for over 160 years.
In 1852, Christian Friederich Diehnelt brought his skill, knowledge and love for beekeeping from Rosswein, Germany to the meadowlands of Wisconsin. The new location, abundant with fresh clover and wildflowers during the summer months was the perfect combination to produce the sweetest honey. As his business grew, he shared his talents with his son, August, who learned that making the best honey required hard work, special care, and patience. Click here for more about their history.

Berry Bliss Rocket Popsicles
Ingredients:
- 2 cups (10oz) blueberries
- 2 cups (10oz) strawberries
- 6 oz Greek yogurt or coconut milk
- Sugar to taste
Method:
- In two separate saucepans bring berries to boil with 1 tbsp. of water in each pan. Reduce to a simmer for 5 minutes until berries are saucy.
- Remove from heat and puree sauces separately. Transfer blueberry sacue to airtight container and store in fridge.
- Fill pop molds 1/3 of the way with strawberry sauce and freeze for 3 hours or until frozen.
- Sweeten yogurt or coconut milk to taste. Fill molds, leaving 1/3 of the way, and retrun to freezer for 3 hours.
- Fill the rest of the mold with the blueberry sauce leaving 1/4 inch at the top. Freeze until completely solid.

Popcorn Cake
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 16 oz. mini marshmallows
- 4 Qts plain popped popcorn
- 1-2 cups Sixlets candy (Crave has many colors to choose from)
Method:
- In a pan over medium heat, combine butter and marshmallows. Heat and stir until it comes to a boil.
- In a bowl pour mixture over popcorn and stir until thoroughly coated.
- Grease a bundt pan (The Merry Peddler has a large assortment of bundt pans). Pour popcorn and layer with candy until pan is full.
- With a piece of wax paper, press down on the top of the popcorn to push it down into pan for a compact layer of popcorn.
- Place pan in refrigerator to cool for 10 minutes.
- Remove from pan and push more candies into the sides and top of cake for desired effect.
