The crazy weather this past week is having me confused on what season it is! It is still "Fall" and we are busy with membership activities and vetting all the Letters of Inquiry (LOI) that we received. Starting today, those who are paid members and want to participate in the non-profit selection process can select which Grant Review Committee (GRC) to serve on. The GRCs will be limited in the number of members so make sure you turn in your membership early! Committees will begin meeting in January and thanks to the ladies that stepped up to be chairs of our GRCs.
A few weeks ago we held a membership event dedicated to our founding members that were brave and believed in Impact 100 Chicago's mission. The event was absolutely stunning as Glenna Waxler and Gina Turner created a magical afternoon where perspective and current members got together to catch up and reminisce.
Speaking of memberships, the deadline this year is December 31. We are looking forward to the start of our second decade so please encourage other women to join us as we continue to create change in our communities!

Grant Review Committee and
Financial Review Committee Sign Up
The Grant Cycle Sign Up for 2019-2020 is now open, and you can choose the Grant Review Committee (GRC) on which you wish to serve. There are a limited number of spaces available on each committee so be sure to sign up now. Please note that only dues paid members are able to sign up for a Grant Review Committee.
There are four GRC locations:
Barrington daytime - Wednesday 4:30 PM
Palatine/Inverness/Barrington - Tuesday 7:00 PM
Northbrook/Wilmette - Thursday 1:00 PM
Oakbrook - Wednesday 7:00 PM
The Financial Review Committee (FRC) will meet on Sundays in March.
Make sure you sign up now so you can be actively involved with selecting the non-profits who move forward in our Grant Cycle review process.
