Paulus Tjiang: Port Perry
Like sparkling jewels or colourful candies, Paulus Tjiang's glass pieces are a delight to the senses.  His family heritage inspires him to look for balance, but as a member of the sandwiched Generation X, it's dynamic - more like juggling. Fire and flames in the process of glass making intermingle with thoughts of fancy and fantasy. Vivid colours, cartoon humour, and elegant forms are the result.  Paulus blows glass in his studio in Codrington, Ontario.

Rosemary Aicher: Peterborough
Rosemary Aicher is an award-winning ceramic artist. Following an international career as an archaeologist, Rosemary settled in Kitchener, Ontario to pursue her craft. Her life-long love of drawing and travel finds its way into her work in clay and she often transfers sketches directly on to the glazed surface of the clay or uses shellac resist to create relief patterns. She also explores various techniques, including sgraffitto, wax resist and under glaze. The common thread is her fascination with the beauty of lines.

Then tell your family and friends and we'll keep track of their purchases so you don't get more teapots, earrings or blown glass than you desire.
