In keeping with its vision of market re-positioning and capital improvement, Diamond Properties acquired 15 properties in 2019 totaling over two million square feet with a footprint in ten states. The firm, which manages high-profile Westchester properties, including the Grand Prix New York entertainment complex in Mount Kisco, has installed solar power on the roofs of seven of its buildings, exceeding 7 megawatts of generating capacity. Two of its projects are even counted among the largest rooftop solar systems in the state. 
In addition to its prowess in commercial property management, Mount Kisco-based Diamond Properties has enjoyed considerable renown in the development of commercial real estate. The company currently owns in excess of 70 properties, totaling more than 13 million square feet of space in the office, medical, industrial, retail, entertainment, self-storage, residential, and lodging sectors. Grand Prix New York Racing & Entertainment  Launches Multi - Level RaceTrack and GPX Park

Grand Prix New York Racing & Entertainment  brings a new level of excitement with its 3-million-dollar multi- level racetrack and GPX Extreme Play Park. Ranked high on the list of must-go places for family fun, the recent renovation and 20,000 sq. ft. addition of GPX Extreme Play Park, has brought in a new level of excitement for the region's corporate entertainment audience as well. The newly built    VIP room has been redesigned into a sleek, modern space featuring a built-in bar, lounge, projection screens and a glass wall overlooking their incredible
illuminated- multi-level    indoor racetrack.   GPX, Extreme Play includes 13 climbing walls, a ninja obstacle course, an 80-foot zip line, bouldering wall, among other awesome attractions. The addition of the multi-level track and 'GPX' was unveiled at a special launch party and ribbon cutting to the press and special guests on Thursday, November 14th, where attendees had the opportunity to tour the space and try out the new attractions.
Professional Hockey, Close to Home: Meet Danbury Hat Tricks!

For nearly ten months, the Danbury Arena has sparkled - with Diamonds - and that sparkle continues to illuminate the Arena, home to Danbury Hat Tricks, a professional ice hockey team and Federal Prospects Hockey League member coached by hockey great, Bill McCreary.  It was in March of 2019, when Diamond Properties, a private real-estate development company owned by brothers Bill and Jim Diamond, announced the purchase of the Danbury Arena.
