BSAC is taking a stand for students and their identities
New Resources on
Boston Student Rights App
NO PERSON IS ILLEGAL!

In light of the threats that the current administration has made to students and families who are undocumented, the Boston Student Advisory Council has added a new page to the Boston Student Rights app about the rights of undocumented students. Under current policy, students will not be asked to disclose their immigration status

We applaud the Boston Public Schools for also releasing a new website, We Dream Together in 15 languages with resources supporting immigrant students and families.

CALLING OUT HATE CRIMES

A new page has been added to the app regarding bias-based conduct in schools. Students can report discrimination directly the Office of Equity using the app or call Attorney General Maura Healey's hate crime hotline.
