featuring the Lis Mercer Photography Exhibition

The gallery@rhinebeck is featuring photographs by Lis Mercer (McCaffrey) during the month of July.
Lis Mercer (McCaffrey) is a photographer living in Rhinebeck. Lis was once a world traveler, who photographed landscapes and cultures near and far. The gallery@rhinebeck is pleased to present this exhibition of these photographs along with our regular exhibiton, as her sales will support a family in critical need.

Lis has a severe and incurable neuromuscular disease similar to ALS and can no longer work. She and her two daughters have suffered through years of hardship and domestic abuse--as a result, they will be losing their home in August. The family is in immediate need of safe housing.

Her photograph sales will benefit the McCaffrey Forever Home Fund. This fund was set up to help her family relocate and secure the housing they need to begin the next chapter of their lives.  L earn more about their story, and contribute visit campaign on www.gofundme.com/mccaffreys-forever-home
