Recently, a swarm, or "bloom" of ladybugs/beetles in San Diego County was so thick, it registered as a mass on the National Weather Service's radar screens. We're fortunate to have these especially beneficial larvae and also adult insects in our gardens.

Even though my kids think they're adorable, r abbits are causing havoc in my yard. How can I get rid of them
(the rabbits, not the kids)? 
 
Answer:

The ongoing collaboration between MGs and Live Well @ Work, a program of the UCSD School of Medicine's Center for Community Health is thriving. The program provides wellness support for San Diego employers, particularly those with low-wage workers.
