Lunkenheimer Craft Brewing Company has recently opened their new tasting facility overlooking the southern end of the bay. It's a great place to stop on the way to Chimney Bluffs or any points east. When we were there some guests even paddled up in their kayaks.
Electric Vehicle Charging Station Installed at the Point -- The Village recently installed an Electric Vehicle Charging Station in the lot next to the Tourism Booth (opposite Hots and the convenience store) just a short walk from all of our cottages. If you hesitated to bring your Electric Vehicle on vacation in the past, don't hesitate anymore and save the gasoline to travel to, from, and around the Point.
Want to Do Something Special to Make Thanksgiving Family Memories? Consider getting everyone together in the beautiful Sodus Point and stay in our vacation homes for groups of 5 to 20. All of our kitchens are equipped with most everything you need to put on a wonderful holiday meal.
Kayakers Take Note: Looking for another convenient spot to put into the bay and explore new areas, the Village recently constructed this beautiful new kayak launch at the end of South Ontario Street.
Try Some of Our Winter Fun: Maybe you'd like to try the exceptional ice fishing Sodus Point is known for, enjoy the ice skating rink in the park, take your snow mobiles on the groomed trails, build a snow man, teach the kids to ski at Brantling Ski Slopes or just hang out with friends and family. Sodus Point has it all . . . and more. Winter rentals are offered in both Bayside Getaway and Bay View at the Point.

Wickham Blvd to Get Major Improvements -- The portion of Wickham Blvd along the bay leading to the pier has been approved for grant funding to receive a whole new look (artist rendering above) while improving resiliency against high waters. We're thrilled at both the beauty and it's practicality. Final design and construction schedule is pending at this time.
It's time to plan Summer 2020 vacation before all the best weeks are booked.

If you want to assure a great week we encourage reserving early. There are some great weeks available in each home, though if you have your sights set on the Beach House that one only has 3 weeks remaining between mid-June and the end of August so we suggest booking right away before they're gone.
