$400 per organization: 4 workshops, meals & mentoring; some scholarships available
Gather your team and join national experts, Grassroots Institute for Fundraising Training, for this unique, year-long learning experience.
Together, you'll create and implement an individual donor fundraising plan. Designed for those who are new to working with individual donors.
Participants will:
* Develop confidence and learn skills to lead successful grassroots fundraising efforts;
* Apply these skills to nurture a vibrant, powerful, and sustainable base of individual donors and supporters; and
* Collaborate with other local nonprofit leaders to establish and sustain a peer network of support.

This workshop, presented by Community Builders for Monterey County, aims to help nonprofits strengthen their infrastructure and support efforts to recruit board members who can take the organization to the next level. Board recruitment strategies will be identified with exercises to create a recruitment action plan that will build a successful board team.
