Berkeley Law's Environmental Law Clinic (ELC) provides students hands-on experience advocating for the environment in courts, legislatures, and agencies. The Clinic is currently committed to two advocacy realms: environmental health led by ELC Director Claudia Polsky, and environmental justice led by Staff Attorney  Roger Lin. 

ELC's first-ever newsletter explains these focus areas here. It also  highlights student-led victories related to radiation, toxics, and the right to water, and previews the climate justice issues in the upcoming Fall issue.
