Today, July 4th, marks our nation's 243rd year since the signing of the Declaration of Independence and the founding of the United States of America.

St. Josaphat Parish wishes you a Happy Fourth of July! Take some time to give thanks to God for the great graces that our nation has received and pray for those issues that still cause us division.

Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord,
    the people he chose for his inheritance.

From heaven the Lord looks down
    and sees all mankind;

from his dwelling place he watches
    all who live on earth-

he who forms the hearts of all,
    who considers everything they do.

~Psalm 33:12-15

The Parish Office is closed in observance of the holiday.

What's Up With the Lanyards?
We want St. Josaphat to be "A Church to Come Home To" for everyone! Our Parish Pastoral Council and our Parish Staff will be wearing welcome lanyards while at Mass this summer. We hope it will remind us to reach out to others we haven't met yet in the pews. We also hope it will make us more approachable to visitors. Please join us in making an effort to make our summer visitors feel like they want to keep coming back here!
