Congratulations to the 2019 Minnesota 4-H scholarship recipients! These fifteen outstanding
4-H youth and alumni across Minnesota stood out among over 120 individuals who submitted applications.

Planning in advance to be prepared for a variety of 4-H activities is an important key to keeping all participants safe. Utilize the "keeping youth safe" website for resources and information, and make sure to develop and have in place an emergency plan for all 4-H programs, activities and outings.

4-H medication policy and procedures are designed to help keep all youth safe. Utilize the information sheet to understand the policy and how it works. Complete an authorization form before day or overnight activities occur when a parent/guardian is not present.

The 4-H Cloverbd program supports the positive development of kindergarten - 2nd grade 4-H members. This requires safety measures, policies and rules that are age appropriate. A resource for parents, guardians and mentors provides information needed to plan safe and age appropriate programs and activities for this age group.

4-H members in grades 6-12 who are interested in learning how to make a video or learning more about videography are invited to attend a 4-H video discovery project at the Minnesota State Fair Aug. 21-25.

Register for 2019 State Arts-In!
All youth currently in grade nine - one year post high school are invited to participate in a 22 day theater arts/leadership/team building exercise at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds. The 2019 Arts-In experience begins Aug. 8.
