October 26th was a magical evening at Sky Meadow. Donors, former clients, and staff gathered to celebrate their joint efforts toward ending homelessness in Greater Nashua. Proceeds from the entire night went to support Harbor Homes'

Long-time supporters Bob and Hilary Keating received recognition for their tireless efforts toward ending homelessness in the Greater Nashua area. We are all eternally grateful for their dedication to the making our community a better place for all.

Cynthia Day presented Keystone Hall staff members, Jaime Gormley and Alexandra Hamel, with certificates in recognition of their efforts aiding individuals struggling with Substance Use Disorder at Keystone Hall.
|
|
Before dinner, guests had a chance to mingle, enjoy hors d'oeuvres, and join in a wine pull sponsored by Cava de Vino.
|
|
They inspected a selection of delightful goods and made bids on them in a silent auction.
|
|
Later, participants in the live auction for a diamond necklace from Long's Jewelers became quite animated.
|
|
|
After dessert, the dance floor was packed until the band performed their last song of the night.

Keystone Hall Graduate Returns to Help Others

After receiving a call from another social service agency about a homeless female, staff from Harbor Homes went out looking for her. They found her sitting on the sidewalk outside Hillsborough Superior Court in Nashua. This was Tanya: a homeless IV-drug user and alcoholic who was living in her car. She had already spent time in jail, as well as a psych unit, after an attempted overdose. She was emaciated and desperate for support. Looking back, Tanya says of that time, "I was on a mission to kill myself, and it wasn't working."
