NEIGHBORHOOD SERVE
November 2 - 7:30am
Check the sign up board on the Plaza to see how you can help out on Saturday, November 2 as we serve a couple of homeowners that are not able to maintain their yards. We will meet at FCC at 7:30am, and then head out to bless these folks.
ARM STOCKING STUFFERS
November 3, 10 & 17 - On The Plaza
Pick up a wish list in the lobby or on the Plaza for our annual ARM Stocking Stuffer collection drive. These items go to bless the children through Arizona Reservation Ministries in Globe.
REAP WHAT YOU SEW DISTRIBUTION NIGHT
November 5 - 7pm - Worship Center
Join the members of Reap What You Sew as we distribute more than 2500 quilts to various charities in our community. You will enjoy hearing how these agencies use the quilts for people in crisis and/or need. 7pm in the FCC Worship Center.
MEMORY AND FAITH LECTURE SERIES
November 9 - 9:30am - FCC PHX
This series will be held on the second Saturday through May from 9:30am til 11am (host church will rotate monthly between Living Streams, North Phx Baptist and FCC). November's lecture on Exercise and Aging is at FCC. For more info, contact Debbi Dilk.
TRAFFICKING: THE PRAYER FIGHT
November 10 - 6pm - Prayer Room
There will be a short film on the realities of trafficking, followed by prayer for victims and perpetrators, and prayer for Phoenix organizations:
StreetLightUSA (for young girls who have been trafficked or are at risk in the foster care system)
The Fountain (ministry at Glenrosa and 27th Avenue that reaches out to trafficked victims and women at risk in the 85017 zip code)
The November 10 gathering is from 6-7:30 pm in the FCC Prayer Room.
We'd love to have you join us Wednesday evening as we meet for a time of guided prayer. Prayer is part of who we are in Christ; bringing our praises, thanks, joys and concerns to the Lord as one body. We start at 6:30pm in the Worship Center and hope you will come and pray with us.
BABY AND CHILD DEDICATION
November 16 & 17
Baby and Child Dedication will be held on November 17 during the 10:30am service, followed by a celebration on the Plaza. There will be a required parent class on Saturday, November 16 from 9am-12pm. Childcare will be provided for the meeting. Please contact Deanna for more information, or to sign up by November 10.
