Hopefully you've settled in comfortably to Tulane now that the the first month of classes is behind you. Each month at Tulane brings so many new things that it is sometimes challenging to keep track of everything. With midterms, Fall Break, and Halloween quickly approaching, it's easy to keep busy in and out of the classroom. If you find yourself struggling in any aspect of college life at Tulane, know that there are resources here to help. Getting acclimated to a new environment is a process - it doesn't happen overnight.

We encourage you to take advantage of the numerous opportunities available here at Tulane to allow you to become your best self and stay healthy both mentally and physically. The quick links to the left-hand side are a great resource for you to utilize as you continue to navigate your first semester.

Case Management and Victim Support Services (CMVSS) is a single place to go for assistance for students in need of support. We are committed to helping all Tulane students successfully navigate issues that may arise, so they can have a successful Tulane experience.

Stop by Tulane Tuesday in the LBC on October 23 from noon to 2:00 PM to meet our team, enjoy walking tacos and get some swag!

To access any of the services offered by CMVSS, students can contact Case Management and Victim Support Services by phone, email, in person, or by completing an online reporting form. During business hours, you can call (504) 314-2160, email  [email protected], or stop by the Lavin-Bernick Center (LBC) Suite G02. Office hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
Become the Mentor You Wish You Had
Once per week, Tulane student mentors and Lusher Middle School stude nts meet in an after-school  art group to build community around Learning Differences/ADHD/Disabilities and transform stigma into empowerment.  Apply to become a mentor  here !
Have Coffee with a Senator
Coffee with a Senator is an awesome way to get paired with a member of USG senate that has similar interests and involvements as you! This networking opportunity provides you with an older mentor on campus and allows you to learn more about Senate and other ways to get involved on campus. Fill out this form and we will be in touch with a match for you! You can also sign up to be part of the Proxy Pool to serve as a representative for absent senators when they have to miss Senate - another great way to see what USG is all about! 
Free & No-Cost Flu Shots for Students
Get the flu shot - not the flu! Free flu shots will be available to students without an appointment on the uptown campus Oct. 15-19 and no-cost flu shot drop-ins will be available Oct. 22-26 (with insurance) at the Health Center uptown. Students can also call to schedule a no-cost flu shot appointment at the Health Center.

Find Your Fit with Campus Recreation
Have a passion for  fitness? Have knowledge about Reily's weight room or Functional Fitness equipment and want to help others? Help us provide a safe and clean environment for our members, and make some extra money! Campus Recreation is now accepting applications for Informal Recreation Attendants.
