The Board seat representing District 1 on the Oklahoma Municipal League Board of Directors is up for election this year and will be voted on at the 2019 OML annual business meeting held during the annual conference in Tulsa, Thursday morning, September 19, 2019. The Honorable Elaine Carr, Mayor of West Siloam Springs, the current District 1 Board Member, has expressed a desire to continue serving your district if reappointed.
