CENTERRA - IN THE KNOW!
CENTERRA WELCOMES...
Centerra is pleased to welcome two new stores to our retail family:  America's Best Contacts is now located at  1643 Fall River Drive,  Suite 250, at The Marketplace at Centerra. And we welcome The Bottled Olive to The Promenade Shops at Centerra at  5943 SkyPond Dr,  Suite #E118.
PARDON OUR DUST!
The Centerra Metro District has begun construction on the expansion of Boyd Lake Avenue and Kendall Parkway Phase 3 project. This project will expand Boyd Lake Avenue from two to four lanes from Trapper Lake Drive to the northern limit of Centerra, as well as complete the remainder of Kendall Parkway from John Glenn Drive to Boyd Lake Avenue. The construction of the roadway is expected to be complete in late-fall of 2019.
LOOKING FOR A CUSTOM HOME?
For the first time, The Lakes at Centerra is offering an opportunity to own a true custom lake view home. In a small, secluded enclave - a single street with fewer than a dozen one-of-a-kind homes - you'll find yourself mere steps from both Hout's Reservoir and Equalizer Lake.  Most of the home sites offer views of the lake. And every home will back to natural green space. Intrigued? Visit The Lakes at Centerra for more information.
