Stopping A Silent Killer
In 2018, more than 22,000 women will be diagnosed with ovarian cancer, which ranks fifth in cancer deaths among women. Early detection and prevention are key when it comes to improved outcomes and greater survival rates. Unfortunately, there is no effective screening tool for ovarian cancer. This is why genetic testing is so important, especially if you have a high risk family or personal history. In honor of Ovarian Cancer Prevention Month, read more in a blog   from Sharsheret's Medical Advisory Board Member Dr. Sharyn Lewin, Gynecologic Oncologist at our partner  Holy Name Medical Center .
A Rosh Hashanah Message
