Music and Arts Camp:
This coming week, six of our church children will participate in the Music and Arts Camp at Broadmoor Community. These children were all part of the Wednesday Children's Choir program last year, where Chapel and Broadmoor combined. On Friday night, June 27 at 6:30pm, they will present "Daniel's Dangerous Dilemma, A Musical," to which you are invited! Thank you also to Chapel adults Ann-Noel Spencer, Sirenna Evans, Grant Linder, Elly Thatcher, and Bonnie Linder who are helping during the week.

Prevent Poverty by Purchasing Pigs
Thank you to those who donated a passel of
26 pigs.
Your generosity has enabled many families to thrive over the long term by helping to ease hunger, fertilize crops, and raise income. Your gift of a pig has uplifted an entire community
The Lord’s Dinner
A huge thank you to the 11 volunteers who served approximately 100 people at the Lord’s Dinner on June 2. A special thanks to Liz Nichol for leading the event and creating the Asian inspired dinner – it was a big hit!
The Thrift House – Volunteers Needed
We invite you to join us in volunteering at the Episcopal Church Women's Thrift House. One 3-hour shift makes a lot of difference. Childcare is available. Prayerfully consider if you could give us a few hours to help make a difference. Remember, that the volunteer hours translate into outreach dollars, and the need in our community is great. Your help is always appreciated. Contact Teri Orthwein:

B Street Food Pantry
–
Lunch foods for kids (peanut butter, jelly, canned fruit, granola bars, juice boxes, raisins)
1 in 6 children in America faces hunger in every community across the United States. Summer is the hungriest time of the year for the many kids who rely on school meals. Help to ease their struggle to get enough to eat by donating lunch foods. The B Street Food Pantry, a satellite operation of Westside CARES provides a four-day food supply up to six times per year to households demonstrating a genuine need. On Sunday, please put your donation in the basket by the baptismal font. Otherwise, the little red wagon will be just inside the main door of the Parish House and donations may always be dropped off there. If you’d like for us to do the shopping, write B Street Pantry in the notes portion of your donation and put it in the collection plate.
Outreach Meeting
Please save the date. The next Outreach Committee meeting is on Tuesday,
July 9 at 1:30

one Sunday a month?
Chapel of Our Saviour has some parishioners who - for one reason or another – need rides to church on Sunday. While we have a regular group of drivers who are very faithful and wonderful, we have a need for a few more once a month regulars and for some who could even be occasional fill ins. If this ministry speaks to you, please call Cathy Sterling 473-5672 or email her at:
